The websites “https://www.goodmonk.in”, https://www.superfoodsvalley.com/  and mobile application “What’syourNIQ” (together “Platform”) is owned and operated Superfoods Valley Private Limited (“Company”). [The Company is engaged in the business of providing nutritional information regarding food products and certain other related services to assist consumers with making more informed and healthier choices (“Services”). The company also owns a trademark “Good Monk” (“Product”)– which is a nutritional supplement & healthy snack brand, which the company currently markets]

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the privacy practices of the Company with respect to the usage of the Platform.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy on an online portal of the Company.
